The study aims to investigate of Helicobacter pylori on the following groups from ((June to December 2025), these samples were collected from (75) patients at visited all General Hospital in AL- Najaf AL-Ashraf and external laboratory were diagnosed clinically physicians in Gastroenterology, Samples were taken from patients suffering from indigestion, upper abdominal pain, vomiting, and intestinal bleeding, patients were personally questioned by using anonymous questionnaire that asked their gender, age, family, history, drug history and duration of diseases. The result of the current study showed the distribution of samples according to the age of (40-49) (30%), followed by the age group (30-39) (27.1). This is due to the factors that cause stomach and intestinal diseases, most notably bacteria H. Pylori, which are acquired during childhood, but the symptoms of the disease usually do not appear until after advanced age for long periods of latency, the patients to an endoscopic examination, showed that patients with chronic gastritis predominated (30) (42, 8), followed by duodenal ulcers (25) (35, 7). On the other hand, gastric ulcers recorded the lowest percentage (15) (21, 5). It may be related to the progression of the disease, which begins with gastritis and, over time, develops into a gastric or duodenal ulcer. In this study that increased incidence of these diseases among men is due to the daily effort that men are exposed associated to females, in addition to other factors that are prevalent among males, such as oiling and drinking alcohol.
