The aims of this study are to show the teaching staff and students perception towards the importance of physical facilities for effective teaching learning process and to know college leaders’ opinions about administration performance. A questionnaire is used to obtain information from the participants in this study. The Study participants include 50 teaching staff, 100 medical students and 30 administrators. Results show that 10% of teaching staff were strongly agreed and 46% were agreed with the statement that college building is fulfilling the need of the students. 90% of students who said there is spaces for sports or other activities available at the college. Moreover, college administration leaders’ opinions that: 60% of them agreed that educational and laboratory devices and equipment sufficient to meet the needs of the college and 86.7% of them agreed that the college have an effective administrative system. The study concluded that physical facilities are sufficient to meet the requirements of the college at the present time. The leaders and staff work within the regulations and laws that have been approved for work.
